Classycloca Art Studio Group Exhibition "Patterns Drawn by Time" Moves from Hobby Art to Exhibition Hall

From landscapes encountered during travels to scenes from an ordinary day, and even imaginary worlds that do not exist in reality. The different experiences and perspectives of 14 people unfold through their works.

Classycloca Art Studio, a hobby art education institution in Busan, is holding its 5th group exhibition, "Patterns Drawn by Time," at Ezel Gallery in Suyeong-gu, Busan, until the 20th. The exhibition began on the 10th.

A total of 14 people, including Kang Hye-rin, Kim Ga-bin, Kim Na-hee, Kim Seong-hee, and Kim Chae-an, participated in this exhibition. Participants of various ages, from children to adults, present painting works completed based on their respective experiences and interests.

The exhibition title, "Patterns Drawn by Time," carries the meaning that experiences and memories accumulated in daily life remain in the works in each person's own way. Participants unfolded different stories using subjects such as unfamiliar landscapes seen on trips, familiar moments of daily life, or scenes from their imagination.

This exhibition was designed so that students learning art as a hobby could go beyond merely completing works in class and experience the process of submitting their works to an actual exhibition hall. A key feature is that through the process of preparing works and arranging them in the exhibition space, they can view their own work as a single piece of art.

Since 2022, Classycloca has been operating an exhibition class and holding regular group exhibitions every year. By setting a new theme each year and exhibiting the participants' works, it provides opportunities to continue artistic activities.

Established in 2018, Classycloca operates hobby art education programs centered on visual arts such as painting, drawing, and crafts. It conducts classes where participants can express their senses and individuality through their works, regardless of age or experience.

CEO Kang Hye-rin said, "I plan the group exhibition every year because I want to create opportunities for those who started art as a hobby to present their works to others and experience an exhibition as artists. It is meaningful that in the process of preparing for the exhibition, students can not only complete their works but also experience looking at their own work."

She added, "I hope this exhibition serves as an opportunity for the participating artists to look back on their previous work and continue new work, and for visitors to have time to slowly appreciate the works and reflect on their own daily lives."
