《Yeoju International Photography Exhibition 2026》 will be held in the Yeoju area from October 20 to November 19. In this event, which marks its 4th year, approximately 400 artists from 55 countries around the world applied to participate, and out of about 2,000 works, approximately 240 were selected for exhibition after judging.

The exhibition is composed of ways to present works not only in indoor exhibition halls but also by utilizing the natural environment of Yeoju and the outdoor spaces along the Namhangang River. A key feature is the preparation of exhibition spaces so that the photographic works harmonize with the surrounding landscape.

The themed exhibition ‘Earth Wanderer’ includes works by Sean Park, an exclusive artist of Space to Go. Sean Park has been traveling between various cities, including the United States, recording the landscapes of urban outskirts and peripheries that are removed from the center of development and growth.

His work focuses on the spaces and traces left behind during the development process rather than the flashy surfaces of cities. It is a method of recording the hidden sides of modern cities and the lives within them through the peripheral landscapes that appear differently in every city.

In this exhibition, such work will be presented under the theme ‘Earth Wanderer’ alongside photographs by artists from other countries. Through works set against different regions and environments, various perspectives on cities and places can be examined in one place.

Since winning the Silver Prize at ‘K-PHOTO WAVE’, Sean Park has continued his work by participating in various domestic and international curated exhibitions. At this Yeoju International Photography Exhibition, he plans to reveal works themed around urban peripheries in the outdoor spaces.
