The interactive media art exhibition "Shared Depth" will be held from November 11 to 22 at Studio White on the second floor of the NC Cultural Foundation. This exhibition uses audience participation to translate invisible emotions into visual and spatial experiences through media art.

The title "Shared Depth" carries a dual meaning: "susim" (水深), referring to the depth of water, and "susim" (愁心), referring to the depth of anxiety. Rather than viewing anxiety as something to be eliminated or overcome, the exhibition suggests accepting it as a natural emotion experienced by everyone and looking into its depth.

The core visual element is "caustics," the patterns of light refraction and reflection created by waves. Through digital interaction technology, the movements and contact of the audience are manifested as changes in light and imagery, allowing participants to move beyond being mere observers and directly participate in the evolving process of the artwork. This structure allows for the sensory experience of vague emotional movements.

An opening event and related workshop will be held on November 14. During the opening, dancers will perform "Contact Improvisation," creating spontaneous scenes by reacting to each other's weight and movement to express the flow of emotions and relationships through the body. In the workshop, participants are expected to expand their exhibition experience by exploring their own emotions through various physical properties and senses.
